Shipping / Return Policy
Please Allow 3-7 Days for processing. Custom orders may take longer as each custom palette requires 72 hours of cure time. After the order has been processed a shipping confirmation will be sent by email. Please Keep in mind the current state of COVID-19 as there might be shipping delays. During Holidays processing can take a few extra days due to high volumes.
Please be aware that office hours are from 9:00am - 6:00pm EST Monday - Friday Any order placed after 4pm EST will start processing the next business day. Orders will not process over the weekend.
Returns
With the current state of Covid-19 no returns will be accepted. We understand that ship happens, meaning some items may arrive damaged from being mishandled during shipping. Returns will NOT be issued for broken product. Fortunately, eyeshadow palettes are magnetic and replacement shades will be immediately shipped upon notification of said damage. All other damaged merchandise will simply be replaced.
Refunds may still be made at the sole discretion of CXC beauty LLC.
